My Blue Heaven

My Blue Heaven is a song written by Walter Donaldson in 1927 with lyrics by George A. Whiting.

On this recording I play my treasured Kiwaya KTS-4, a Japanese finest made soprano ukulele.

Technically, on section A I play chords melody pauses, then I use campanella as much as possible for the melody itself; on the bridge I switch to a more or less constant four to the bar with the melody on top. It all concludes with a Count Basie ending.
